Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

Please read these terms carefully before using CoffeeVibeAI. By accessing or using the service, you agree to the terms below.

1. Scope of Service

CoffeeVibeAI is a unified AI gateway. You sign up for an account and receive a CoffeeVibeAI API key (prefixed sk-) that routes requests to Claude, OpenAI-compatible, and Gemini models over a single endpoint. Usage is metered in USD against the balance on your account.

The service includes:

  • An OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible API endpoint at https://api.coffeevibeai.com.
  • A dashboard for creating and managing API keys, topping up balance, and viewing usage.
  • Technical support via email and community channels.

The service does not include long-term storage of conversation content or custom model fine-tuning.

2. Your Responsibilities

By using the service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your CoffeeVibeAI API keys secure — you are responsible for all activity and charges incurred under keys issued to your account.
  • Comply with applicable law and the acceptable-use policies of the upstream model providers whose models you access through the service.
  • Not use the service to infringe on the rights of others.
  • Not share your CoffeeVibeAI account credentials with unauthorized third parties.

3. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service to:

  • Generate content that infringes third-party copyright or intellectual property.
  • Generate hateful, discriminatory, or harassing content.
  • Generate content related to the exploitation of minors in any form.
  • Engage in fraud, scams, or spam.
  • Attack computer systems or networks (DDoS, hacking).
  • Create malware or other malicious software.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to copy the gateway's infrastructure.
  • Resell or redistribute access to the gateway without CoffeeVibeAI's written consent.

Violating these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

4. Billing

CoffeeVibeAI operates on a prepaid balance model: you top up your account balance, and usage is deducted in USD as you make requests, metered per token and per model. Top-ups are available via card, Alipay, or WeChat Pay depending on your region, subject to a minimum top-up amount shown at checkout.

Balance is non-refundable except where required by law or in the case of a verified billing error on CoffeeVibeAI's side. Pricing per model is published in the dashboard and may change with at least 30 days' notice for existing balances.

5. Limitation of Liability

CoffeeVibeAI provides the service "as is" and does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted availability 100% of the time (see our Commitment page for SLA details).
  • That output from AI models is always accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
  • Compatibility with every third-party application.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoffeeVibeAI is not liable for:

  • Indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
  • Damages arising from content generated by AI models.
  • Data loss or business interruption.

CoffeeVibeAI's total liability will not exceed the amount you have paid CoffeeVibeAI in the preceding three months.

6. Termination

You may terminate at any time by deleting your account from the Dashboard. Revoking a key from the Dashboard immediately stops all requests made with that key.

CoffeeVibeAI may terminate:

  • Immediately if we detect a violation of Section 3 (Prohibited Use).
  • With 30 days' notice if CoffeeVibeAI discontinues the service.
  • If an account has been inactive for more than 24 months.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service. Material changes will be communicated to your registered email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
